Terms & Conditions
These Terms govern your access to bitdax.co, your BitDAX account, and all spot trading, wallet, API, and related services made available through the platform.
Please read this document carefully before creating an account, depositing assets, placing orders, or using BitDAX services.
1. Agreement to these Terms
By accessing or using bitdax.co or any BitDAX service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use the website, create an account, access the API, deposit funds, or place any trade.
2. Eligibility and legal capacity
You may use BitDAX only if you are at least 18 years old, have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and are not prohibited from using digital asset services under the laws that apply to you.
- You must provide accurate information when required.
- You must not use another person's account without permission.
- You are responsible for ensuring that your use of BitDAX is lawful in your jurisdiction.
3. Digital asset and trading risks
Digital assets can be highly volatile. Prices may move rapidly, liquidity may change without notice, and the value of your holdings may increase or decrease substantially. Listing or displaying an asset on BitDAX does not constitute a recommendation, guarantee, or endorsement of that asset.
Orders may execute at prices different from your expectations.
Networks, wallets, APIs, or third-party infrastructure may fail.
You may lose assets if your account, email, device, or keys are compromised.
4. Accounts, access, and verification
To access certain services, you may need to create and maintain a BitDAX account. You are responsible for keeping your login details, API keys, devices, email account, and two-factor authentication methods secure.
BitDAX may request information, documentation, or additional checks where required for security, compliance, fraud prevention, account recovery, risk controls, or service integrity. Any information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date.
5. Services, orders, and execution
BitDAX may provide spot trading, account balances, wallet functions, public market data, private API access, and other related services. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any service when necessary for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons.
- Orders are processed according to market conditions, available liquidity, platform rules, and system availability.
- You authorize BitDAX to attempt to correct, reverse, or cancel an order, transfer, or trade if an obvious error, system issue, or abnormal account condition is detected.
- Market data may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable during maintenance or network incidents.
6. Responsible use and prohibited conduct
You agree to use BitDAX only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not harm the platform, other users, or third parties.

7. Fees and commissions
BitDAX may charge trading, withdrawal, network, API, or other service fees. Fees may be displayed before you confirm a transaction or published in the relevant fee schedule. You are responsible for reviewing applicable fees before using a service.
8. Security and account responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, devices, credentials, API keys, withdrawal addresses, and connected services. If you suspect unauthorized access or a compromise, contact BitDAX immediately.
9. Intellectual property
The BitDAX website, design, logos, content, code, software, data, and related materials are owned by BitDAX or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, distribute, or modify any part of the service unless expressly authorized.
10. Suspension, restrictions, and termination
BitDAX may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to an account or service if we detect suspicious activity, account anomalies, security risks, legal concerns, abuse of the platform, violation of these Terms, or prolonged inactivity with unresolved account issues.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
BitDAX services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BitDAX does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, asset performance, third-party availability, or the accuracy of all market data at all times.
BitDAX is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, loss of assets caused by your own security failure, or losses arising from events beyond our reasonable control.
